Capitalism must evolve. Our current system struggles to integrate profitability, thought leadership, and a commitment to innovation; all of which are mandatory for successful modern businesses. Contributing to this evolution is the highest goal of my career.
Drawing on everything I have learned to date, I founded the Psychodynamic Strategy Group (PSG) to train leaders and companies to use the system we have in service of more elevated goals than it has ever achieved before. All while improving performance and crafting a more durable competitive advantage.
The PSG uses a proprietary strategic framework called The Five Systems which is rooted in the most basic observations of human psychological development as predicted by Jungian psychology (which itself is rooted in the Five Aggregates of Buddhism). Jungian behavioral psychology predicts that all humans evolve according to the following pattern:
We shape our physical environment
We express emotions
We form identities
We build systems
We choose our perspective with intention
The PSG Five Systems proposes that this pattern also describes the evolution of any business and that in business, this process is a fractal pattern that can repeat when a new identity is intentionally chosen at system 5. The PSG Five Systems framework builds on firmly established research to guide visionary leaders and organizations through this evolutionary process and to identify the required next evolution for survival in your specific fitness landscape.
